Smart Connect

Smart subscribers now have the freedom to choose which way to get the service or information they need!

With customer service channels, subscribers now have access to an automated multi-access link through Smart SIM Cards, the enhanced Customer Care hotline, Zone Connect machines, and through the World Wide Web.

 

SIM Connect

With SIM Connect, subscribers can access Customer Care services all straight from their Smart SIM cards. The SIM Connect Menu is initially available to SMART Buddy and Talk N Text subscribers with a 64k memory SIM and up. Subscribers can avail of the SIM MENU by simply texting GET MENU to 9888.

Web Connect

Web Connect  is a fully-automated channel for postpaid and pre-paid transactions. SMART postpaid subscribers simply need to register their account to avail of an array of services: billing, inquiry, service activation and account management. 

Prepaid subscribers just have to go to the Buddy website for Buddy subscribers or the Talk N Text website for Talk 'N Text subscribers.

SMART Bro prepaid subscribers may check their prepaid balance and send feedback via http://www.smart.com.ph/connect or via http://www.smart.com.ph/smartbro.

Zone Connect

Smart subscribers may also use Zone Connect, a unique line of self-service and automated kiosks, available at selected Smart Wireless Centers nationwide. Zone Connect consists of Download Connect, Celfone Connect, Info Connect, Payment Connect, and Load Connect. 

 

 

Hotline Connect

Hotline Connect offers assistance to Smart prepaid subscribers through the *888 Voice Menu. With the enhanced hotline, subscribers can receive answers to inquiries even without operator assistance. All they need to do is dial *888 on their Smart cellphone or 888-1111 on their landline and follow the voice prompt. 

With Smart Connect, subscribers are no longer limited to just one way of access, making customer service and information much faster, more convenient, and more direct.
