1,381 mobile teachers to teach poor adults, out-of-school youths

Some 70,000 out-of-school youths and adults in poor and remote communities will be the target of 1,381 mobile teachers to be deployed by the Department of Education (DepEd), Secretary Domingo F. Panganiban of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) said yesterday.
