I love to eat fruits and vegetables. My mom always cooks nutritious and delicious foods. She also prepares healthy school snacks for me, like yummy sandwiches, biscuits and cookies. She ensures that what we eat is always delicious and healthy. I avoid junk foods and soft drinks. I prefer a glass of water or milk over unhealthy drinks which can cause a lot of ailments. I maintain a balanced diet and I take vitamins. I also do morning exercises with my sister. I love eating healthy foods because it makes me strong and fit. I also sleep on time so I could have a bright and happy morning.
