Global CNHS
By Elaine Alejandro
For me, Catanduanes National High School is a place where I can spread my wings to achieve my goals in life. CNHS guides and teaches me how to be a better student and individual. CNHS student organizations like the YES-O and Boy Scout of the Philippines, through their small ways, seek to address community and global issues. The YES-O organization educates teachers and students on how to be environment-friendly. The Boy Scout of the Philippines also helps the school and the community maintain a clean, green, and peaceful surroundings. Our school may not have the best facilities and equipment, but it is an excellent school – always inspiring its students to face challenges, pursue dreams, and make a difference in the world.
A School for Every Student
By Frenzy Joy R. Mancanes
Catanduanes National High School is the biggest secondary school in Catanduanes. It has more than 3,000 enrollees and more than 100 teachers. I believe parents send their children to CNHS because it provides students access to quality secondary education.
Despite the challenges of big class size, our teachers never lose their focus on giving us valuable lessons. They work hard to teach and help every student to learn about the things around him and how to be a good citizen of his country. Our school also organizes various activities and intra-school competitions which help students develop their talents and skills.
Although CNHS lacks modern facilities, it never fails to give each student the opportunity to grow with the changing world.
Go CNHS!
By Achan Reyes
The Catanduanes National High School is the leading secondary public school in the province of Catanduanes. It is the most prestigious school, having the best teachers and globally competitive students. The goal of CNHS is to motivate and promote knowledge to every young student in Catanduanes. Most of all, teachers are well-trained to teach and mold students.
In every contest, be it in the divisional, regional, or national levels, CNHS always dominate the competitions. I am so proud of the achievements of my school and I am blessed because I too am part of my school’s success. CNHS is my second home and I will never forget all the experiences and lessons I’ve gained during my student days here in CNHS.
