1.  Seafarers may submit their stories on how important SMART Link is to
     their life at sea.
2.  Make sure you include your complete name, home address and contact 
     number in your entry.
3.  Entries may be written in English or Tagalog.
4.  Seafarers whose entries are published on the website will receive       
     PhP1,000.00 worth of SMART Link Prepaid Cards.
4.  There will be three (3) winners quarterly.
