1528 SMART is a prepaid GSM mobile phone service offering in Hong Kong designed and packaged to cater to the Filipino community. It is the fruition of the partnership of Hong Kong CSL Ltd and PLDT (HK) Ltd in close collaboration with the Philippines' mobile communications leader - SMART Communications, Inc.

1528 SMART offers the following call and SMS service covering:
· INTRA - to and from fellow 1528 SMART subscribers
· INTER - to and from subscribers of other networks in Hong Kong
· INTERNATIONAL - to and from subscribers of other networks in countries other than Hong Kong including the Philippines
