How can I avail of the personalized Smart Money card?
A Personalized SMART Money card contains the cardholder’s name on it.
Subscribers can get this card in two ways:
- Requests for upfront processing in 26 WCs* with card printing facility
- Fill-out a SMART Money Infosheet in WCs w/out card printers and get their personalized cards delivered via courier.
To request for a personalized SMART Money Card, please bring any of the following Proof of Identification at any SMART Wireless Center:
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Major credit card with picture
- Laminated company ID
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Laminated SSS ID
- Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN) card with picture
- Un-expired school ID’s (for applicants between 18 – 20 years old)
- Postal ID
You will be required to pay in cash a loyalty fee of P200 upon processing of the SMART Money card. For postpaid subscribers, Charge to Account (CTA) mode of payment will still be offered.
