However, since Roaming MMS also rides on the GPRS platform, subscribers who only have a maximum of 2MB usage for the whole day shall be charged for regular Roaming MMS and not the flat-rate GPRS rate.

2. Rate is not session-based or volume-based (number of kb’s consumed).
3. Flat Rate of $10 per day (for subscriber who use more than 2 MB for the day) applies for 1 day from 00:00 to 23:59 of that day. If the roaming subscriber starts his GPRS session/s at 23:00 of that day, he only has one hour (until 23:59) to enjoy the $10 rate. Hence, it is recommended that the subscriber starts his GPRS session/s at the start of the day to maximize the flat rate.
4. Flat Rate of $10 per day is not limited to one operator. For example, if the roaming subscriber starts a GPRS session in the morning while logged on to NTT Docomo in Japan, then boards a flight and arrives in Singapore later that day, if he performs GPRS functions while logged onto Starhub Singapore, he will only be charged once.
5. Flat Rate of $10 per day is only limited to Conexus member operators. If the roaming subscriber logs off a Conexus member and logs on to a non-Conexus member, and he performs a GPRS transaction, he shall be charged the regular roaming rate for the GPRS transaction (i.e. volume-based or per-kb)
