How can I request for an increase in credit limit?
Requirements for both Individual and Corporate accounts:
- Subscriber's account must be active for a minimum of three (3) months
- Subsequent request of Increase in Credit Limit (ICL) must be after three (3) months from the date of previous ICL request
- Monthly usage for the last two (2) months exceed its current credit limit
For over-the-counter transactions, fill-out Aftersales Request Form and present valid ID of the subscriber and request letter from the subscriber.
Individual susbcriber may be required to submit any of the following, which are subject to approval:
- Bank Statement/Passbook/Bank Certification reflecting account balance
- ITR/Salary Certificate reflecting salary per annum
- Credit Card Billing Statement reflecting credit limit
Corporate accounts are required to submit the following:
- Letter of Request
- ID Signatory
- Audited Financial Documents (bank statement,etc.)
Note: Susbcribers may request for an increase in credit limit over the phone provided necessary requirements are submitted. Submitted requirements are subject for approval.
