Is there a warranty for my Smart Gold phone?
Your handset and accessories such as batteries and chargers have a replacement warranty of 15 days from the date of purchase. SIM cards, however, has a 7 day warranty period. Within the warranty period, inherently defective handsets, accessories and SIM card shall be replaced.
In cases when the unit is inherently defective and beyond the 15 days replacement warranty, the owner may avail of free labor cost and spare parts on repair services within a year from the date of purchase.
Out of warranty units (more than a year) are subject to labor and repair cost.
