Who can avail the Web Connect service?
Web Connect is now available to GSM prepaid, postpaid (i.e Buddy, Talk N' Text, Gold) and Smart Bro subscribers ( i.e. Prepaid Plug It and Canopy). It's an online customer care channel that allows subscriber to access selected aftersales transactions via the web.
