Smart Communications | How do I unsubscribe to value added services?

Please key in Check and send it to the access number that regularly sends the information to you (Example: Type Check and send to 288).

You will receive a notification indicating all the services you are subscribed to.

The text message also includes instructions on how to cancel the service you don’t need anymore.

Note: CHECK service is not available for 386 and 283 access codes because these are maintained by multiple Content Providers
