I cannot send text messages even if I had enough load, what should I do?
If you get the error message “Check operator service” even if you have enough load, you can request for text reconnection via Web Connect.
Just visit the Smart Buddy website at www.smart.com.ph/buddy/connect or Talk N Text website at www.smart.com.ph/talkntext/connect and follow these simple steps:
a. Login in using your User ID (cellphone number) and password. If you are not yet a member yet
select REGISTER and sign up.
b. Select Text Reconnection. To use this service, you need at least Php 1.00 load in your account.
c. Wait for 5 minutes to can start sending text messages.
