What do I need to understand regarding my Statement of Account?
Here are some definition of terms to better understand your statement of account:
Bill Period Covering. This is the start and end date of your account’s billing period.
Account Number. A unique number assigned to you as a SMART subscriber.
Due Date. The required last date of payment for the total charges of this bill.
Balance from Last Bill. Outstanding balance as of last billing period net of payments and/or credit adjustments as of bill period covering date. This outstanding balance is due immediately.
Payments. Total payments posted within the last billing period, date paid and payment center or facility used.
Call Charges. Shows the summary of call charges such as: date, time, duration, cellsite information, call destination, airtime charges and amount.
Text Charges. Includes summary of text charges (text to SMART / Talk N Text / other local netowork / International / World Text, SMART Money, zed, and other text based value-added services).
Call/Text within the FREE Allocation. Summary of account’s FREE call and text charges based on plan subscription.
Plan Details. Type of plan availed including free call and text allocation.
Total Charges This Bill. Total charges for current month:

Total Amount Due. Total amount due for payment. This is the sum of the balance from last bill and charges this bill.
Payment Stub. Detach this portion and present when paying your bill.
