Is there a warranty for my Smart Gold GSM?
Your handset and accessories such as batteries and chargers have a replacement warranty of 15 days from the date of purchase. SIM cards, however, has a 7 day warranty period. Within the warranty period, inherently defective handsets, accessories and SIM card shall be replaced.
In cases when the unit is inherently defective and beyond the 15 days replacement warranty, the owner may visit the celphone brands Authorized Service Center for repair. You may also course your repair request through any SMART Wireless Center for a minimal transaction fee of P440.
