Is Smart Connect available for all Smart subscribers?
Smart Connect is now available to Smart, Piltel and Smart Broadband subscribers. It allows prepaid subscriber (i.e Buddy, Talk N' Text, Smart Bro Prepaid Plug-It) and postpaid subscriber (i.e Smart Gold, Smart Bro Canopy) to access selected inquiries and aftersales transactions using the different customer care contact channels.
