How do I replace my SIM card?
For SIM card within the 7-day warranty, just present the SIM for replacement and the original copy of the proof of purchase (OR). Replacement is free of charge.
For SIM card beyond the warranty, present the SIM that will be replaced and purchase a new SIM for P99 (Buddy and Addict Mobile) and P75 (for Talk N Text).
For lost or stolen SIM card, submit the following documents:
- Duly notarized Affidavit of Lost
- Two (2) valid Proof of Identification
(Any 2 proof of ownership of the lost/stolen SIM card, such as PUK slip, SIM casing, personalized Smart Money card linked to the lost/stolen SIM card, etc.)
- Purchase a new SIM for P99 (Buddy and Addict Mobile) and P75 (for Talk N Text).
