What are the charges reflected in my billing statement aside from monthly service fee?
The other charges reflected in your billing statement are:
FCA (Foreign Currency Adjustment), which is 21.1% of your actual airtime usage
OCT (Overseas Communication tax), which is 10% of all international call charges
VAT (Value Added Tax), which is 10% of all charges excluding handset cost and international Calls.
Processing Fee (if applicable) for requested aftersales transactions
Unit Repair Cost for handset repairs.
However, if your account is under SMART Gold GSM Consumable and Amazing Plans, your Monthly Service Fee is already inclusive of applicable FCA & VAT. Call charges are also inclusive of applicable FCA, VAT and OCT under the Consumable and Amazing Plans.
