Making the Smart move with Cocolife

[June 3, 2008/ Manila] - Leading wireless services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (SMART) in partnership with Cocolife is offering Smart subscribers and their loved ones peace of mind through Cocolife’s Personal Accident Insurance Plan. For just P25.00, Smart subscribers and their loved ones may be insured for one (1) year with a P15,000 coverage/policy/year and at the same time will be able to download an infotext.  Individuals from 7 to 64 years of age are eligible to avail of this service.

With this value added service, Smart subscribers can avail of up to twenty (20) times of the said benefit for a total maximum coverage of P300,000/person/year.  Each download will follow the one-year duration rule and coverage starts two (2) days after the successful download.  For example, if the subscriber downloaded an infotext on June 2, 2008, the subscriber will be covered from June 5, 2008 until June 4, 2009. One (1) infotext is equivalent to one (1) year or 365 days Personal Accident Insurance Plan with P15,000.00 coverage.  Insurance is renewable once it has expired.

To avail of this service, just key in COCOLIFE <space> full name/birthdate in this format - <mmddyyyy>  and send to 2989.  Ex. COCOLIFE Jose Mari T. Ibarra/08031980.  The subscriber will then receive an infotext (Chinese horoscope/motivational or inspirational quotes/bible quotes, etc.) and his/her Reference number for this particular plan.
