Mr. Antonio A. Picazo is the Senior Managing Partner of Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos Law Office and is the head of its Corporate and Banking Group. He is one of the most respected corporate legal practitioners in the Philippines, with recognized expertise in corporate, securities and banking laws. His preeminence can be credited to his extensive experience as a former commercial and investment banker as well as general counsel, director and corporate secretary of numerous corporations, including financial institutions and publicly-listed companies, since 1964.
