International Roaming Activation/Deactivation
International text roaming allows you to send and receive text messages and Value Added Services (VAS) while abroad. Activate or deactivate your International Roaming feature here!
Reminders:
- Minimum balance of Php 100.00 is required to activate this feature.
- Once you activated your International Roaming feature, your voice call services will be deactivated. However, your regular prepaid services will be restored once feature is deactivateed.

Voicemail Activation
Activate your Voicemail service to receive voice messages even when your phone is:
- Turned off
- Busy
- Outside the coverage area, or
- Unanswerable by 20 rings
A text message will be sent upon receipt of a new voice message. You also have the option to automatically return the call during or after the message is plated. Once activated, just dial 100 from your Smart celfone to access your Voicemail.
You may deactivate your Voicemail service by visiting any of our nationwide Wireless Centers.
