PUK Release
What is PUK? PUK stands for Pin Unblocking Key. This enables you to unlock your PIN-blocked cellphones and thus, enjoy using Smart services again.
You need your PUK when..
- You accidentally got your PIN1 or PIN2 blocked
- You forgot your PIN codes

You can can check the status of your prepaid SMART call and text card to see if it is still active, consumed, or inactive. To do this, simply enter the card number found at the back of your prepaid card.
