Promo Mechanics for Internet Browsing
1. This promo is open to all Smart subscribers (except Corporate Accounts).
2. Promo period is until April 30, 2008.
3. Subscriber should register through any the following to qualify for the raffle:
a. SMS
b. Wapsite
4. Subscribers should register their name, address and age. Registration is free.
5. Subscribers who will use Smart’s high speed Internet service – P10/30 minutes will get a chance to win the mobile gadgets.
6. Every P10/30 mins usage corresponds to a raffle entry.
Ex. The user logs 1hr 30mins he gets 3 raffle entries OR user is charged Php30, he gets 3 raffle entries.
7. Points Inquiry: Registered subscriber may check the number of raffle entries earned through SMS and wapsite.
8. Winners will be chosen via electronic raffle.
9. Raffle draw: The electronic raffle draw will be done at the Smart Communications office, in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle dates as follows:
Draw 1: Jan 4
Draw 2: Feb 4
Draw 3: April 4
Grand Draw: June 6
10. Previous winners are still qualified for the other draws and the grand draw.
11. All Prizes are tax free. Tax will be shouldered by Smart Communications, Inc.
12. All winners will be notified via registered mail and call out from 7777.
13. All winners must present a Valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (i.e. SSS ID, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) and the registered mail from SMART that he/she won in the raffle. A representative’s valid identification and authorization letter from the winner (if prize is claimed through a representative).
14. Prizes will be claimed at Smart Wireless Centers.
15. Winners may claim their prize personally or through an authorized representative within 60 days from receipt of registered mail.
16. Employees of SMART Communications, Inc. and its advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified form joining the promotion.
