Mechanics:
1. No purchase necessary to register or win. Just complete the registration form and get a chance to win One (1) of the Ten (10) LG KU250 3G cellphone!
2. This promo is limited to legal residents of the Philippines. It is offered and open to visitors of Smart’s website.
3. Each individual may only register once. Multiple registrations will be declared invalid.
4. Promo period is from March 1 to June 30, 2008.
5. Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle draw on July 4, 2008 at the Smart Communications office.
6. All winners will be notified by phone, email, registered mail.
7. To claim the prize, winner must present a Valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (i.e. SSS ID, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) and the registered mail from SMART that he/she won in the raffle. A representative’s valid identification and authorization letter from the winner (if prize is claimed through a representative).
8. Prizes will be claimed at Smart Wireless Centers. Winners may claim their prize personally or through an authorized representative within 30 days from receipt of registered mail.
9. Employees of SMART Communications, Inc. and its advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified form joining the promotion.
