How to make an International Video Call
1. Dial + Country Code Mobile Code Party's Number
2. Choose "Video Call" in Calling Options
How to make a Local Video Call
1. In your phonebook, go to the name of the person you want to talk to.
2. Depending on your phone model:
Click Options > Video Call
Click More > Make Video Call
* Same as the regular voice call
